Every good bee shirt deserves a bee bow, so I turned to my trusty Cat's Clips and ask her to whip us up a buzzing bee.
Cathy did not disappoint, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. It was dropped off at Lolli and Poppa's last week while Avery was there, and my mom said she enjoyed looking at it. Imagine my surprise when at home the next day she acted like it was the bee from Honey I Shrunk the Kids.
We've progressed from looking at it across the room to blowing on it while it's just a few inches from her nose. The bee has been in my hair, Ned's hair, and Felix's fur. Those are all big hits, but things did not go well today when I put it in her hair. I really think she's being silly, but I'm trying not to push it. The shirt should come today, so hopefully she'll make peace with the bee soon. Otherwise I may have to sneak it in in the back of her mullet.

I am so glad to know Carter isnt the only one with a weird obsession, his being sharks! lol. And I about spit out my pepsi with the last sentence of this post! Loved this one!!
that is too funny! it is always entertaining to see the things that they get "stuck" on.....
and the mullet....hahaha....bless her heart! libbi had one FOREVER! everyone told me that if i cut her hair, it would grow faster, but i had the back trimmed and it just grew back but the sides still didn't - ha! oh well.... :)
and - i love that line! crazy 8 had a few cute bumblebee things, too. my brother graduated from ga tech (and we HATE ga tech, we're die hard uga fans!) so the cute bumblebee stuff is about as close as i'll get to buying his little girl "Tech spiritwear" ;-)
