I had no idea my excitement would be topped by the excitement of this kid.
Here she is looking through the roof to see the "tunnel." I guess being in the garage looks a bit like riding through the tunnel?
This morning it was all she could talk about, and she wanted to know if we had to take it (the car) out before we could get in. We got all strapped in for our maiden voyage out the door, and as I put it in reverse, her sweet voice said "Here we go!" The bump going from garage to driveway was exhilarating as well.
When I picked her up after school today, she first requested "soopris" (capris) then wanted to know if we were going to drive in the garage. She cheered me on as I pulled in without taking off any mirrors and was ready to check out the tunnel.
When do our hearts stop being happy over soopris and parking in an enclosed structure? I smiled all day thinking about driving out of the garage this morning, and the best part is that I get to do it all over again tomorrow with my sweet girl.
