We had a pretty low-key week, but maybe I'm just speaking for myself.
On Sunday, Avery and Ned went to Sunday School. Avery was happy to stay in her class, so Ned got to go to ours. They came home for lunch and nap, then the two of them went to the grocery store. It was a pretty easy Sunday, especially since Lolli had already prepared our main dish for dinner.
Monday was back to Jennifer's for Avery, back to work for Ned, and back to the couch for me. Our friend Alison brought dinner and was here a little before Avery and Ned got home, so we got to visit. I'm watching The Bachelor so Ned reluctantly watches with me. He says we outgrew The Real World a long time ago so I should have outgrown this as well. This season I'm watching mainly because it's preposterous, which is probably a poor reason.
I had my doctor's appointment Tuesday while Avery had her 2.5 year check. We picked up some dinner after our good appointments and headed home.
The rest of the work week was a normal week. We had another meal delivered and we had some house decisions to make. The weather was again crazy which seems to be normal. It was warm Friday which made my sinuses a mess. Avery spent the night with my parents, so Ned picked up dinner for the two of us and then we watched The Help again.
Ned got up and hunted Saturday morning and was gone all day. My parents brought Avery home around 5, and we got dinner from Cracker Barrel. They stayed until Ned got home so that he could enjoy the last day of duck season. I enjoyed some company and a good meal. Avery wanted to read a story after they left, and who can say no to that? We are still reading our Christmas books about Jesus, playing with the nativity, and talking about Santa. Having no concept of time is tough.
This week I'm going to get out and go to the house for the first time in a long time. The doctor said I could go to church, go to my parents', and go out for rides, so I figure a quick trip won't hurt. I was only out one time last week, and I probably need to make sure I at least get some fresh air each day. We also have our appointment with the specialist this week, so any prayers would be appreciated. I'm not expecting any new problems, but I'm still nervous. I am excited for the ultrasound which is supposed to be very advanced. When I was pregnant with Avery, a 3-D ultrasound was routine at 28 weeks, but they have stopped. We're excited to see what baby Sam looks like.

We watched The Help last night and I bawled like a baby! I need to read the book, I usually try to do that first. Good luck on the ultrasound, I'm sure everything will go great!
You will be in my thoughts and prayers this week! I am so glad that you are able to get out some. That will keep cabin fever from creeping in too badly. I agree that not having a concept of time is tough. We are still reading Halloween books if it makes you feel any better.
