Construction ~ Week 32

It's been 4 weeks since I've updated construction, but there has been a lot going on.  In no particular order:

**Walls were primed.

**Doors have been hung and trim is almost done.  The promise of seeing trim is what got me out of the house today.

**Steps and railings into the garage were completed.

**Our fire place insert and cabinets have arrived and have filled up the whole kitchen.

**Porch railings were chosen and ordered.

**Carpet and tile have been picked out.

**Closet shelving was planned.

**All lighting fixtures have been chosen.

**Heat and electricity are ready to be turned on to install the floors and cabinets.

So much has happened, so I'm sure I've missed a few things.  We're getting down to what we refer to around here as the "short rows," so lots of things should be going on at once.  We're projected to be in at the end of February, so we pray that things continue to go smoothly without any glitches or extra costs.
