I thought this week that maybe a post that got all my troubles off my shoulders and into your blogland ears would make me feel better. But then I remembered that I am blessed not to know the problems that so many face. The stress of finding a place to live, packing our house, wondering if the government shutdown will affect our buyer's loan, and a zillion other decisions will one day result in a new home. Tubes in Avery's ears, if needed, will be hard for the few minutes she's being operated on but should provide relief for those tiny ears. And school, well, I can't spin the students absolutely losing their brains right here before testing into anything positve, but school can't go on forever. I also refused to admit that we were struck with the stomach virus yet AGAIN this week.
So today when I woke up and did not throw up, I thought maybe the tides had turned. Then I got to school, realized I had lost/thrown away something (and I never do that) and bam, the stress was back again. You understand I'm sure how happy I was to see this face this afternoon and get out and enjoy a beautiful evening with her. Yes, it is like herding cats to get her back into the house, but I love her dearly.
So again, I thought the day was turning around, until I misplaced my husband for a good hour and a half...
Tomorrow is Friday, jeans day, and I have one dozen Krispy Kremes being delivered with my name on them. Those three things have got to be good for something.

I know moving and all that goes along with that can be SO SO stressful! I had no idea how hard that would be, especially with a toddler, so I can totally sympathize :/ Hope your day is better tomorrow and that you have a good, stress-free weekend!
Oh dear, it does sound like you have lots of stress right now. I hope that the loan is not affected for your buyer and that your Friday goes by quickly! Krispy Kreme should help your spirits tremendously. Moving is so hard and harder with a kiddo. We have moved so much and everytime when we are in the midst of it - I say that I will never do it again but then 6 months after the move - suddenly it does not seem quite so bad. That does not stop me from being a complete drama queen during the process.
Bless your heart! Hope today is better, it MUST be with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts...they make anything better! My ABSOLUTE favorite! And that sweet Avery face will make it all better too...such a cutie! and Paisley has the outfit she as on in the pic too! Have a great weekend!
I'm so sorry you are still not feeling well, Whitney. I hope it eases soon. I love the pic of Avery in her car. Too cute. I know all about the stress of moving and I do not envy you one bit. Hopefully, everything will fall into place pretty soon! :)
